Staff handled issues quickly and were cute.

Its location in Wojanow was perfect, really close to a castle somewhere in Europe, the lake and a lazy river👌

Beautiful accommodation with BEAUTIFUL setting near Lomnica Palace, and untouched nature. Plenty of outstanding options for meal. Very good service overall and parking on-site. The pool area was nice too. Very enjoyable stay, as always.

Beautiful hotel in a magnificent location in the main palace, the services were excellent! The venue room was large and nice styled with a double bed. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast. Location: the hotel was really close to beautiful surroundings. Also, it was 1 mile from Palace in Bobrow.

We got standard triple room with a baby cot, good beds, for instance, had such great experience here. The location was amazing and great, the staff was kind.

Loved the tennis courts and the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. The room in the Oficyna was outdated, and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable at times during the summer. Breakfast options were excellent with a variety of local dishes. The bicycle rental was a great bonus for exploring the area. The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, which could be stressful when in a hurry.

Beautiful hotel and finished to a very high standard

The Castle is nice and one has the feeling being in another era. The facilities are up to date e.g. pool and spa.

I made a reservation through reception for a SPA treatment. I chose a treatment and have been given another and I have been presented with the bill at the end. The price was double to the treatment I have asked for, and it was the most expensive possible... plus it did not last 120 minutes but 90. 90% of the staff speaks only German, besides Polish and communication in English is extremely difficult. There are only 3 double rooms in all the hotel, all others have tween beds, we pushed the 2 together. This was unpleasant since our 3 year old had to sleep in the gap.

The heated swimming pool was a fantastic feature for our children to enjoy, and the breakfast was a real highlight with a range of delicious options, from fresh pastries to hearty dishes. The family room was spacious and cozy.

The parking area was a bit far from the entrance.

Beautiful environment. Great facilities, including Swimming pool, Spa and two Sauna's. Perfect breakfast with (free) eggs and coffee to order to your liking. Close to the mountains and ski area.

Bit too cold room despite heating working (but then again, it was 20 degrees minus outside).

In my personal opinion restaurant menu should be simplified because it is over the top and not really what it tries to be Did not enjoy food at all (apart from breakfast)

the spa facilities are excellent, especially the turkish sauna. air conditioning would help in summer.

The absence of air conditioning in rooms can lead to discomfort during warm days!!! Noise from outdoor events can be quite distracting when trying to relax!!! The location might present an issue with traffic noise that disrupts the serene atmosphere!!!

The absence of air conditioning in rooms can leave you sweating during warmer days. The restaurant's inconsistent service can mean long waits for a meal, especially when you're hungry. Traffic noise from nearby roads might disrupt the peace you'd expect in such a picturesque setting.
